Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Business Development Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new business partners globally, managing client coordination, and supporting compliance-related work. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and documentation skills, along with the ability to work across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential business partners globally in finance and compliance domains.
- Search, evaluate, and shortlist partner profiles from online platforms based on company requirements.
- Assess partners' skill sets to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Arrange and negotiate quotes with clients to secure the best value.
- Conduct meetings with selected partners and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and partners as per their respective time zones.
- Collaborate with global partners to ensure compliance is completed for clients.
- Manage and maintain records, data, and legal documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development / client servicing (Freshers with strong skills are welcome).
- Strong ability in maintaining data, records, and documentation.
- Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
. - Familiarity with
ChatGPT & AI tools
for business tasks. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
