Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform sales strategies
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and product demos
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions
- Manage sales pipeline and track activities using CRM platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in tech or SaaS)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of client relationship management and sales cycles
- Exposure to blockchain, Web3, or AI technologies is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot
- Must have their own system.
