Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing accounts. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing and implementing business strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The role also involves regular communication and collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Experience in Account Management and fostering client relationships
  • Strong Business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in real estate or a related industry is an advantage
