Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and managing client accounts. Daily tasks include lead generation, account management, building strong client relationships, and conducting market research to identify trends and potential business growth areas.

Qualifications

  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong Business acumen and understanding of the real estate market
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in Account Management and client relations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
