Business Development Senior Executive | 2–3 Years | Gurugram

The Garden Store is looking for a Business Development Senior Executive with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales and client relationship management, preferably from an architecture/interior design/PMC background. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with architects, design consultants, or facility management firms, and must be skilled in lead generation, pitching, proposals, and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

Generate & qualify B2B leads via LinkedIn, cold calls, and professional networking

Build and manage strong client relationships with corporates, architects & PMC firms

Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals (plant rentals, AMC, landscaping)

Coordinate with marketing & operations teams for smooth project execution

Track sales pipeline, meet revenue targets, and provide market insights

Ideal Candidate Profile

2–3 years of B2B Business Development / Sales experience

Experience working in/with architecture or interior design firms (mandatory preference)

Strong communication & negotiation skills with client-facing exposure

Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated personality

Familiar with LinkedIn outreach, CRM, and structured follow-ups
