Sr. Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Senior Business Development Executive** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least **2+ years of proven experience** in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
_ Key Responsibilities_
* Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
* Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions that align with business needs.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
* Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
* Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
* Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
* Provide regular reports, forecasts, and insights on business development activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹34,500.00 per month
