Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA)
We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in EdTech sales and the ability to drive revenue through consultative selling, relationship-building, and solution-driven approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, product demonstration, and closures.
- Engage with potential learners and parents to understand their requirements and offer suitable courses/programs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to align sales strategies.
- Provide insights and feedback on market trends, competitors, and learner requirements.
Key Requirements:
- 2 years of B2C sales experience with minimum 1 year in EdTech sales (mandatory).
- Should have experience selling courses/programs beyond 12th standard level (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a consultative approach.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in execution.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Experience: 2 - 6 Years (Minimum 1 Year Mandatory in EdTech Sales)
Salary: LPA CTC
Location: Gurugram
Age Limit: Maximum 30 Years
Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)
