to own and grow our HORECA & B2B vertical.
The Role
We're hunting for a
Sr. Sales Executive
who knows how to sniff out opportunities, close deals, and build long-term revenue-driving relationships. If you love the chase, hate losing, and live for the thrill of the close, this is your playground.
You'll manage the
entire sales cycle
: from cold outreach and pipeline building to deal-closing handshakes (and everything in between). Your targets:
Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Caterers, Wellness chains, and Institutions
.
This role is not for the faint-hearted, it's for someone who eats targets for breakfast and wants to
grow a sales team under them within 8–12 months
.
What You'll Do
- Hunt and convert new clients in HORECA, wellness, and institutional segments.
- Manage accounts like a pro from first pitch to repeat orders.
- Negotiate deals with confidence and close with authority.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline (and never let it dry).
- Keep an eye on competition and grab market share with smart strategies.
- Work closely with leadership to scale this vertical into a revenue powerhouse.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of hardcore B2B sales experience
(preferably in HORECA, wellness, or institutional sales). - A proven track record of
hitting and exceeding targets
. - Strong negotiation, communication (English & Hindi), and persuasion skills.
- A true hunter's mindset: proactive, resilient, and always closing.
- Business acumen with sharp account management abilities.
- Tech-savvy: Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
