About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and take ownership of sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and explore new revenue streams and market opportunities.
- Create and deliver effective sales pitches to convert leads into clients.
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Generate quality leads through research, networking, and other channels.
- Maintain and update client databases and sales records in an organized manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving results.
- Good knowledge of lead generation techniques and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
