Location: Gurugram (On-site)

Reports To: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can identify, connect, and engage with global clients, pitch our IT services with confidence, and help drive revenue growth. This role offers exciting exposure to international markets and the chance to learn from senior professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential international clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other digital channels.
- Present and promote Digital Marketing, SEO, SMM, Website Designing, and Development services to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions that meet their business goals.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and quality leads.
- Support proposal creation, pricing, and documentation to close deals efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM tools.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback.
- Meet assigned monthly targets for lead generation, meetings booked, and closures.

What Were Looking For:

- 1+ year of hands-on experience in B2B sales in the IT Services industry (Digital Marketing & Website Designing).
- Familiarity with the international client market and basic knowledge of outreach tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is a must.
- Strong research and lead generation skills via LinkedIn, email, and other online platforms.
- Confidence in presenting services, handling objections, and building rapport.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and eager to learn and grow.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes.
