Role: - Executive/Sr. Executive Product Quality

Base Location: - Gurugram

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Quality Inspection: Scheduling and conducting quality inspections for various healthcare product categories in accordance with internal quality standards. Performing PDI at various supplier locations to ensure compliance with product specifications and quality requirements. Verifying returned and damaged products received from customers to ensure accurate evaluation, documentation, and appropriate processing.

  2. Identify Non-Conformities: Identify and document non-conformities, deviations, and areas for improvement during quality inspection. Prepare and present regular reports on audit findings, corrective actions, and overall product quality performance to management.

  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and quality assurance to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.

  4. Conduct Audits: Conduct and participate in quality audits of all service lines to assess compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements. Experience in internal audit & compliance of all the departments, skilled at finding gaps and assisting in eliminating the process gaps.

  5. Maintain Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of audit/QC findings, corrective actions, and related processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality management.
  • Ready for frequent travelling to intercity locations.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, audit methodologies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA regulations).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing corrective actions.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
