JOB SUMMARY

Athena Executive Search & Consulting (AESC) is seeking an
Executive Assistant
to support the leadership team in managing and organizing workflow. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency within our boutique consulting firm, located in
Gurgaon, Haryana, India
. The position offers a competitive salary and flexible working arrangements, including

Ideal candidates should possess
3-5 years of experience
in executive support and demonstrate strong organizational skills.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimize time management.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress on key initiatives.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that aligns with AESC's values of Ownership, Trust, Integrity, and Empathy.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proficiency in software's to enhance efficiency to streamline tasks and workflows.
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with document management and presentation software to create professional materials.
  • Ability to conduct research and analyse data to inform executive decisions.
  • Familiarity with business consulting practices and talent management principles.
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
