Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in the domestic market while leveraging experience in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven sales track record, and a good understanding of regional business practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the domestic market
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop sales strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis
- Leverage APAC experience to expand strategic insights and partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals and ensure delivery
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exposure to APAC market dynamics and business culture
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel as needed
