We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives for our digital marketing agency. This leadership position requires someone with proven experience in digital marketing agencies, a strong track record of generating leads from both Indian and international markets, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

As our Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind our expansion strategy, responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and leading our business development efforts across global markets while mentoring and developing our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, LinkedIn, email outreach, and industry events.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships, from first meeting to closing deals and after-sales support.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies, working closely with sales and marketing teams.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the business development team to meet targets and grow skills.
  • Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities to spot new market opportunities.
  • Analyze and optimize business development processes for better results.

What You Need:

  • 2+ years' experience in a digital marketing agency's business development
  • Proven track record in lead generation and sales (Indian and international markets)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
