Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Develop workflow diagrams, process maps, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
- Support the design and implementation of new business systems, tools, and processes.
- Assist in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases for Agile projects.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Coordinate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure project success.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions against requirements.
- Provide training, documentation, and support for end-users during implementation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and documentation abilities.
- Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, or data analytics will be an added advantage.
