Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
  • Develop workflow diagrams, process maps, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
  • Support the design and implementation of new business systems, tools, and processes.
  • Assist in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases for Agile projects.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization.
  • Coordinate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure project success.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions against requirements.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support for end-users during implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and documentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, or data analytics will be an added advantage.
