Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong business relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients. This is a performance-based role with no fixed salary—instead, you will receive 10% commission on all successful client billing that you bring to Kethak Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective business opportunities.
  • Present and pitch Kethak Group's services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Track and report business development activities and results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in consulting, marketing, or related industries).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of consulting, marketing, or PR services will be an added advantage.
