Job Overview
SphereVerve is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is focused on developing client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and selling our services across domestic and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Manage the sales pipeline and report on progress
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients
- Present SphereVerve, who we are, what we stand for, and what services we offer
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
- Confidence and ability to represent our company and services effectively
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience working with international clients (preferred)
- Familiarity with web development and design services, with the ability to explain value to non-technical clients
- Understanding of digital solutions, branding, or UI/UX concepts is a plus
Compensation
This is a performance-based role. Compensation is directly tied to successful sales, with strong earning potential for high performers. Full details of the structure will be shared during the hiring process.

This is a remote position, offering flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing fully to our team goals.
