Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Must have Financial, Team, Compliance, Day to day activity & Business support for smooth functions.
  • Monitor and report on budget variances and recommend cost control measures. Strong on Import & Export, CHA,LC documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws (corporate income tax, VAT/GST, payroll management & taxes) and oversee tax planning and filing activities.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Lead and mentor the accounts team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
  • Monitor and manage Petty cash account flow to ensure liquidity for operations and investments.
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting and regulatory requirements (Ensure accurate and timely statutory compliance, financial statements, reconciliation, regulatory reports).
  • Collaborate with senior management.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and capital investments.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in Accounts operations.

Qualifications:

  • Must be M.Com or MBA Finance designation or equivalent.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software Tally and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
