Experience Required: 5-10 years in Sales / Account Management (preferably in the IT/SI domain)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Sales and Account Manager to lead and grow our strategic relationship with Tech M, one of our top Fortune-level SI customers. This role requires a core sales professional with a proven track record in business development, relationship management, and client engagement, especially within the System Integrator ecosystem.
You will play a key role in building strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and acting as a trusted advisor with strong technical and market insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, nurture, and expand strategic relationships with Tech M and other key SI customers
- Drive sales and business development initiatives focused on revenue growth and long-term engagement
- Engage with senior decision-makers to understand business needs and propose tailored technology solutions
- Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and product teams to align offerings with client requirements
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct regular account reviews, presentations, and business updates with key stakeholders
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new growth areas
- Represent the company in customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 510 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development (preferably in IT/Tech or with SI clients)
- Strong relationship-building and client engagement skills, with a proven ability to develop trusted partnerships
- Experience managing account - Tech M, is required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Sound technical knowledge across IT solutions, services, or digital transformation offerings
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to assess market trends and customer needs
- Presentable, polished, and confident in C-level engagements
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience working with or selling to System Integrators and large enterprise accounts
- Familiarity with digital transformation, cloud, AI/ML, or IT services is a strong plus
