Job Title: Groups Business Development Manager (Indus Travel)

Location: Remote (EST or PST Time Zone)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a sales-driven professional who is passionate about travel and experienced in B2B sales. The Groups Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, recruiting group leaders and travel partners, and expanding Indus branded business as a Canadian Group Tour Operator. The ideal candidate will have 25 years of relevant B2B sales experience and a strong track record of meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scout and secure new B2B leads to grow Groups business

• Develop new sales channels and strengthen existing ones

• Recruit Group Leaders, Group Travel Agents, Affinity groups, and Educational groups

• Work closely with the Managing Director and VP of Sales to build group travel products that meet client needs

• Create proposals for prospective clients

• Maintain and update information in the in-house CRM

• Follow up with prospects and clients to handle questions and concerns

• Conduct product training and presentations

• Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing group leaders

• Handle customer service issues related to group travel

• Prepare regular reports and updates for the management team

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience

• Strong track record of meeting sales targets

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Comfortable working independently and developing a sales funnel

• Ability to work in EST or PST time zones

• Passion for travel and sales

Compensation and Benefits:
