Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial professional to
lead and grow CTD's B2B and B2C portfolios
. The role combines strategic planning, business development, and marketing execution. You'll drive new partnerships with schools (B2B), expand our direct-to-student programs (B2C), and ensure CTD's work reaches a wider audience through effective campaigns and social media visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (B2B):

  • Identify and prospect partner private schools and educational institutions
  • Build relationships with school management and decision-makers.
  • Prepare and present CTD's proposals and solutions tailored to school needs.
  • Negotiate and finalize financial and operational terms.

B2C Growth:

  • Plan and execute campaigns for CTD's student-focused learning programs.
  • Interact with parents and students to understand needs and improve offerings.
  • Coordinate with the teaching and operations teams to ensure seamless program delivery.

Marketing & Communication:

  • Develop and manage a consistent social media and digital communication plan.
  • Create visibility for CTD's programs, success stories, and impact.
  • Support content creation (posts, videos, testimonials) showcasing our work.

Strategy & Reporting:

  • Track leads, conversions, and revenue performance across B2B and B2C.
  • Analyze data to refine strategies and maximize growth.
  • Work closely with the leadership team on quarterly and annual growth plans.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Education Management.
  • 5–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (education sector preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
