Role Overview:
As a
Growth Manager
, you will be responsible for driving traffic, conversions, and revenue across Cultstore's online and offline channels. You'll play a key role in strategizing, planning, and executing growth initiatives that improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies for both online and retail channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and retail teams to design campaigns that drive customer acquisition and sales.
- Analyze customer journeys, identify drop-off points, and optimize for conversions.
- Manage performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to achieve ROI targets.
- Plan and execute loyalty and retention programs to increase repeat purchase rate.
- Partner with merchandising teams to align inventory and promotional planning with business goals.
- Track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, conversion rate, and campaign performance.
- Drive A/B testing and data experimentation to validate new growth ideas.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Growth Marketing, E-commerce, or D2C brand management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Experience managing paid campaigns and understanding digital marketing metrics.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for retail and fitness.
