About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager who understands both the technical and sales sides of SaaS, web design, and marketing solutions. You'll represent Inboundsys, a HubSpot Partner Agency, and drive business growth across our diverse service offerings, including HubSpot solutions, SaaS subscriptions, web design, web development, SEO, PPC, and digital marketing.

You'll be the face of our agency when engaging with potential clients from India, North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, Singapore, and Israel, helping them discover how Inboundsys can accelerate their business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert prospects for HubSpot, SaaS, and web development services.
  • Pitch and sell HubSpot Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations, and Content Hub) and other SaaS subscriptions.
  • Conduct product demos, discovery calls, and strategic presentations.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored tech-driven marketing and sales solutions.
  • Work closely with internal project teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to execution.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers across industries and geographies.
  • Manage outbound prospecting: cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing.
  • Attend client meetings (in-person or virtual) and travel when necessary for deal closures and networking.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to shape sales strategies, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline, reports, and CRM data accurately.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in SaaS, IT, or digital agencies.
  • Proven success in selling software subscriptions or SaaS platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, , etc.).
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms (HubSpot CMS, WordPress, Webflow), and digital marketing services.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication; must be confident with global clients.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bangalore and travel domestically or internationally when required.
