Assistant Manager HR

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle — sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Keep all job descriptions accurate and updated for every position.
- Develop and manage training and performance programs to ensure role clarity and employee growth.
- Review and update compensation structures based on market trends and salary surveys.
- Address and resolve employee issues, grievances, and workplace conflicts effectively.
- Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and local regulations.
- Manage leadership hiring and headhunting for senior roles.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining KRA/KPI systems to track performance.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or MBA (HR preferred)
- 2–4 years of HR experience (experience in EPC sector is an advantage)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Location: Bhubaneswar
Salary : Up to 20k + Lunch
