Business Development Manager (Female & Male)
to join our for

office. You will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

* Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and attending industry events.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

* Understand client requirements and work with technical teams to develop tailored solutions.

* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

* Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.

* Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales strategies.

* Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).

* Proven track record of 2-3 years in business development or sales in the IT industry.

* Team handling experience is must. And also ability to work independently.

* Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions (e.g., SaaS, ERP, cloud, custom software).

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience selling to mid-size or enterprise clients.

* Familiarity with Agile software development processes.

* Prior experience in domestic sales or remote B2B sales.

Salary: 25K - 28K /Month
