Sales & Business Development Executive – Cool Scrap & Cool Services
✓Job Purpose
:
To drive sales and business growth by converting leads, managing customer relationships, and developing B2B connections.
✓Key Responsibilities:
- Convert Direct-to-Customer (D2C) Seller Leads-
•Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers wishing to sell ACs.
•Share quotes, manage objections via phone/WhatsApp, and follow up consistently.
•Update CRM with accurate lead status.
- Pickup Scheduling & Coordination-
•Schedule pickups with customers and communicate confirmed leads to the technical team.
•Ensure timely pickup execution and report all "won" leads in CRM.
- B2B Business Development-
•Call and build rapport with AC dealers/technicians for bulk scrap pickups.
•Occasionally visit their offices to share brochures/prospectus and introduce our company.
- Convert Direct-to-Customer (D2C) Buyer Leads-
•Handle customer inquiries for second-hand AC sales.
•Explain product benefits, share catalogues, and follow up until closure.
- Responsible for Growth -
• Identify and pursue new Business Opportunities for Growth.
•Generate and convert leads through calls and follow ups.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B dealers, technicians, and direct customers.
•Provide market insights and suggest strategies for revenue growth.
•Negotiate effectively to close deals and achieve sales targets.
✓Requirements & Skills:
1.Technical Skills:
•Strong smartphone handling: fast typing, multitasking, copy-pasting, working across multiple tabs.
•Basic CRM handling, quote preparation (notes/WhatsApp), and quick adaptability to new apps.
2.Communication Skills:
•Fluent in Hindi, Bengali, and English (speaking + typing).
•Pleasant telephonic voice, convincing tone, and ability to build rapport.
3.Work Traits:
•Smart, fast learner, punctual, self-motivated, and honest.
•Comfortable with targets, incentives, and high-pressure multitasking during peak seasons.
✓Location and Timings
•Near Chadni Chowk
•Mon to Sat (1-2 hour Work from home on Sunday, so that customers are not missed)
• 10A.M. to 7P.M. with suitable breaks such as Lunch and Tea breaks.
✓Salary and Incentives
•Fixed Salary /- + 3k to 5K easily achievable incentive.
• 500Rs/month in Respect of Shop Key Handling and Shutter Opening.
•500Rs/month as reimbursement for using Public Toilet.(However usage of free Public Urinal is there)
