Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and driven
Sales Executive
with at least one year of experience in handling the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closing deals. The ideal candidate should be confident in building long-term relationships with clients, maintaining consistent communication, and driving growth through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain consistent engagement with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline effectively through all stages.
- Identify market opportunities and establish Super Sheldon's competitive advantages.
- Track performance metrics and ensure monthly and quarterly targets are achieved.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1+ year experience in a sales or business development role.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, including lead generation and deal closure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data tracking is preferred.
