Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reception and Office Administrative Assistant, located in Worli, Mumbai. The role involves managing the front desk by greeting visitors, answering calls, and coordinating meetings. Daily tasks include clerical duties such as handling correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and supporting general office operations. The role also requires ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills to manage administrative tasks efficiently
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Customer Service skills to provide a positive experience for clients and visitors
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in basic office software such as MS Office suite
  • Supervise & Co-ordiante Office admin and clerical tasks
  • Petty Cash and Expense Management
  • 2-3 years of Prior experience in an office administration or receptionist role is a must
  • Eloquent in English and Hindi are a must. Marathi and Gujarati are a plus
