Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- **Reception Duties**: Greet visitors, handle inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Manage the reception area to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
- **Document Management**: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring that documents are easily accessible and properly archived.
- **Correspondence**: Draft, review, and send correspondence, memos, and reports as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- **Calendar Management**: Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff. Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes as required.
- **Data Entry**: Input and update data accurately into databases and systems. Generate reports and maintain records as needed.
- **Office Coordination**: Oversee the maintenance and organization of office equipment and facilities. Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
- **Event Planning**: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including booking venues, arranging catering, and coordinating logistics.
- **Financial Support**: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and managing petty cash.
- **Policy Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree or certification in office administration or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- **Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
