POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated candidate to join our team as a full Time Administrative Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administrative operations, client communication, and content creation within a professional business environment.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. You will support the team in day-to-day administrative functions, assist in creating professional documents and presentations, and help maintain a strong online presence through social media management. This position is perfect for someone looking to develop practical skills, enhance professional competencies, and gain exposure to both domestic and international business practices while contributing meaningfully to our operations.

Please note: We are strictly looking for candidates residing within a 7 to 10 km radius of Worli, Mumbai.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Client Communication: Draft, review, and send professional client emails, ensuring messages are clear, concise, and tailored to meet client expectations while maintaining Pinnacle's communication standards.

· Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings and calls, and coordinate logistics to ensure seamless and timely interactions between clients and the team.

· Social Media Management: Oversee Pinnacle's social media presence by creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content. Monitor account performance, ensure content aligns with the brand's voice, and implement strategies to enhance audience engagement.

· Administrative Support: Perform accurate data entry, maintain organized filing systems, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support smooth office operations.

· Presentation Design: Develop professional PowerPoint presentations, incorporating data, visuals, and branding elements to effectively communicate key information to clients and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Graduates in commerce. Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience in administrative or office support roles.

· Handy with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare reports, presentations, and documents.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

· Fluent in English, demonstrating excellent grammar, spelling, and overall language skills in both oral and written communication.
