
Senior Business Development Executive

Lucien Solutions is a digital marketing agency and we work with multiple industries. We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to help grow our client base and close deals for our digital marketing services. We are looking for someone with prior experience in digital marketing agency. The role requires someone who can handle the entire sales cycle — from finding leads to closing contracts — while also guiding junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking.
- Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, social media, ads, branding, etc.) to prospects.
- Manage the full sales process: prospecting → pitching → follow-ups → closing.
- Work with the BD team to prepare proposals and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Support and mentor junior BDEs in outreach and conversions.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services.
- Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, email outreach platforms, and CRMs.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11, ₹40,626.79 per month
