Job Title: Executive Assistant (with Organic Lead Generation Expertise)
Working hours: US Shift(PST Time Zone) 7 Pm IST to 3 AM IST

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules for senior executives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external use.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Coordinate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Track action items, follow-ups, and deadlines to ensure smooth workflow.
Organic Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, industry directories, forums, and social media.
- Engage in relationship-building activities with prospects via personalized outreach.
- Develop and maintain a lead pipeline using CRM tools.
- Track lead progress, conversions, and report insights to management.
- Support marketing and business development initiatives by sourcing relevant opportunities and partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices for organic lead generation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Development Coordinator, or similar role.
- Proven experience in organic lead generation (LinkedIn, networking, content engagement, forums, referrals, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving ability.
