We're looking for a proactive Technical Assistant to CEO to support in proposals, presentations, documentation, social media, research, and event scouting. The role bridges technology, communication, and operations, helping the CEO stay focused on strategic initiatives.

Chennai candidates preferable or Hybrid Model

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and managing documents.
  • Manage social media updates, posts, and thought leadership content.
  • Conduct market and technology research to support product and strategy decisions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and reports.
  • Identify industry events and speaking opportunities.
  • Assist with task tracking, scheduling, and follow-ups for ongoing tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a technical coordination or assistant role.
  • Excellent writing, research, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace / MS Office, Canva / PowerPoint, and collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Trello).
  • Familiarity with AI, Legal or EdTech concepts is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹17,237.52 per month
