**Job Title: Social Media Content Intern**
**Stipend**: ₹4,000/month

ThaTha Business Development LLP is looking for a motivated and creative **Social Media Intern** to join our purpose-driven team. If you're passionate about storytelling, social impact, and digital branding, and are eager to contribute to a movement that empowers senior citizens and builds intergenerational connections, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement content strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
- Write engaging, on-brand copy and schedule posts consistently
- Design simple graphics using Canva or collaborate with our design team
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize performance
- Stay updated with social media trends to suggest innovative content ideas
- Coordinate with internal teams to plan campaigns and share impact-driven stories
- Ensure brand consistency in voice, tone, and visuals
- Interact with our community through comments, messages, and posts
- Assist with periodic performance reports and special digital initiatives

**Who You Are**
- A current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn, and basic design tools like Canva
- Highly organized, self-driven, and creatively inclined
- Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and a personal laptop
- Passionate about storytelling, branding, and contributing to social change
- Open to learning, respectful, and aligned with ThaTha’s mission and values
