Natus Sensory India are a leading manufacturer of medical devices and software for a range of solutions, including eight sensory nervous systems. Our mission is to improve patient outcomes in target markets through innovative screening, diagnostic and treatment solutions. We manufacture and distribute a range of medical device products used in the diagnosis of human disorders of sensory system and neural pathways.
Job Function: Sales
Job Family: Indirect Sales
Job Overview:
- Developing new markets where the products of the H&B and NBC business units have sales potential
- Identifying distribution partners for contract placement, renewals, and terminations.
- Providing management with feedback on status of new and existing business opportunities
- Preparing and reviewing annual operating plans
- Preparing and reviewing annual and monthly sales forecasts
- Executing quartely and monthly business reviews
- Monitoring, support and professional assistance with public tenders issued by health ministries and large health care buying groups
- Visiting distribution partners and end customers
- Organizing sales training and development execution
- Interface with clinical education team and field support to coordinate region's field efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments throughout the company to analyze issues impactingthe Indirect channel, and recommend process improvement
- Contribute to the team's success by embracing our guiding principles and behaviors and actively participatingin a culture that puts our distribution partners and end-users first.
- You will demonstrate exceptional teamwork, agility, accountability, and respect, cultivating an environment where collaboration and continuous improvement thrive.
Overview of Experience:
Career-level position. Considered highly skilled at sales techniques and demonstratesstrong understanding of company products / services. Comprehensive knowledge within area of specialization. May utilizeknowledge of industry/clients to recommend updates or changes to product/service offerings.
Complexity of Role:
Completes complex sales. Utilizes knowledge of product/service and industry to evaluate and recommend best solutions for clients. Typically has an established base of accounts and is responsible for growth in sales.
Degree of Autonomy:
Sales completedwith little to no supervision. Maintains an established network of contacts. Demonstrates strong ability to identifyand cultivate sales from new and/or existing clients.

- The role will start as a work-from-home remote position but will turn into a physical presence in an office role in Bangalore.
