Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager who can drive growth through strong hunting and farming capabilities. The role requires leading the complete Sales and Operations team for the Bangalore region and ensuring consistent business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.
- Lead the regional Sales and Operations team to achieve targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Work closely with key OEM partners to position the right solutions.
Technical Expertise:
- IT Infrastructure solutions across AV, Networking, Data Center, IT Hardware, and Cybersecurity.
- Ability to engage with enterprise and mid-market clients and present end-to-end solutions.

Requirements:
- 7 - 12 years of IT Infra sales experience.
- Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
