About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (calls, emails, networking, social media, field visits).
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services.
- Follow up with potential clients and close sales to meet monthly targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations as required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Goal-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (optional but preferred).
