Job Description
Core responsibilities
- Client and partner acquisition: Prospecting and acquiring new B2B clients through various methods, such as cold calling, networking at trade shows, and field visits. This includes identifying and developing strategic alliances with other companies.
- Relationship management: Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and ensure high satisfaction.
- Sales execution: Conducting meetings, delivering product demos, presenting proposals, and closing deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Market and strategy: Conducting high-level industry and market research, monitoring competitor activity, and contributing to the overall business development strategy.
- Sales operations: Managing the sales pipeline, forecasting, and providing timely reports on sales activities and performance using CRM tools.
- Collaboration: Working with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions for clients and providing constructive feedback to sales teams.
Key skills and qualifications
- Education: A Masters Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often required.
- Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management is crucial.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
- Technical: Proficiency with CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and data analysis is necessary.
- Personal traits: A results-driven, highly motivated, and resilient individual with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Desired Skills
- Experience in the Solar/ Electrical Equipment or Any Similar Sales is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
