Job Overview: We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our team in Kollam. You'll be responsible for identifying potential customers, demonstrating our product, and driving business growth in the local market. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new SMB customers in the Kollam region through field visits, referrals, and networking. Conduct effective product demos and explain the value of myBillBook to potential users. Build strong relationships with clients and ensure smooth onboarding and usage. Meet and exceed monthly sales and activation targets. Gather market feedback and share insights with the internal team to improve product offerings. Maintain accurate lead and activity records using CRM tools. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or business development (experience with fintech or SaaS is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and travel within the Kollam area. Fluency in Malayalam and English is essential.
