Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with experience in surgical or medical equipment sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of healthcare and mobility solutions to hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and medical suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, and dealers).
  • Promote and sell products including electric & manual wheelchairs, hospital furniture, ICU beds, gynic beds, and surgical equipment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for healthcare professionals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Participate in medical expos, trade fairs, and product promotional events when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in surgical or hospital equipment sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented with a customer-first attitude.
  • Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license is preferred.
