We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design strategies for business expansion.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Track and analyse sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts.
  • Participate in promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain an updated CRM database and ensure proper documentation.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work target-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong presentation and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Willing to travel when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
