Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales/enrolment targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, field visits, social media, and references
- Meet clients, conduct presentations, and explain services/courses
- Convert leads into admissions/sales and meet monthly targets
- Maintain strong follow-up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp & email
- Build long-term relationships with students/clients
- Maintain daily reports, CRM updates, and activity logs
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotional events
- Represent the company at seminars, outreach programs, and events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation & convincing skills
- Goal-oriented with strong follow-up habits
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
- Willingness to travel when required
