We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales/enrolment targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through calls, field visits, social media, and references
  • Meet clients, conduct presentations, and explain services/courses
  • Convert leads into admissions/sales and meet monthly targets
  • Maintain strong follow-up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp & email
  • Build long-term relationships with students/clients
  • Maintain daily reports, CRM updates, and activity logs
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotional events
  • Represent the company at seminars, outreach programs, and events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 1–3 years experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation & convincing skills
  • Goal-oriented with strong follow-up habits
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel when required
