Purpose

Responsible for building business by identifying new prospects, driving sales, managing collections and maintaining customer relationships to maximize growth in alignment with company goals and targets. Responsible for meeting monthly sales and collection targets, submitting reports, and maintaining relationships with current and new clients in the assigned territory.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Manage high-value company accounts
  • Develop and manage customer accounts
  • Coordinate with customers on requirements and with the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries
  • Ensure timely collection of bills from customers
  • Coordinate with warehouse team for material availability to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Handle customer queries and complaints and resolve them

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
