Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Business Development Manager will identify business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, develop and implement growth strategies, and achieve sales targets. On a daily basis, they will conduct market research, prepare business plans, create sales presentations, and collaborate with other departments to align on business goals. Qualifications Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skillsMarket Research, Business Planning, and Strategic Planning skillsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsExperience in handling CRM software and automation toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferredExperience in the technology or software industry is a plus
