Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Fintech in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic plans to achieve company goals, and continuously monitoring market trends. The role includes managing sales processes, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the delivery of promised services to clients. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience will be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships
- Experience in developing strategic plans and achieving company goals
- Proven track record in managing sales processes and negotiating contracts
- Knowledge of fintech industry trends and market analysis
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
