Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing proposals and strategies to attract new clients, and managing business development initiatives. The role involves market analysis, presenting solutions to clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development and Client Relationship management
- Strong skills in Market Analysis, Proposal Writing, and Strategy Development
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Experience in the insurance sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
