Role & Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts: develop account plans, set revenue targets, and deliver sustained account expansion through cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
- Build and maintain C-level and senior stakeholder relationships to become the trusted advisor for workforce planning, recruitment strategy and talent solutions.
- Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations—proposals, SLAs, contract terms and renewals—ensuring pricing, margins and delivery commitments align with business goals.
- Coordinate internal delivery teams (recruitment, delivery, operations) to guarantee service quality, on-time delivery and exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management and account revenue reporting; proactively identify risks and mitigation plans to meet quarterly targets.
- Drive account-level thought leadership: present talent strategies, market insights and ROI-driven recommendations that influence client decision-making.
