The Account Director is responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and ensuring that they are satisfied with the company's products and services. The Account Director will also develop and maintain relationships with these accounts, identify new opportunities for growth, and close deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing key accounts that can vary up to 1 million USD
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business stakeholders to activate and scale existing customers
  • Deep understanding of on-line panels, on-line sampling, offline studies, Qual and Quant and research methodologies
  • Identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Ability to hold conversations and make likeability with clients
  • Close deals
  • Set and track sales goals
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-10 years of experience in market research field
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Proven ability to close deals
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
