Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Key Account Manager, based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing and growing key client accounts, building strong relationships with clients, identifying potential business opportunities, and developing strategies for lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and driving the growth of the company's client portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure opportunities for business growth.
  • Strong skills in Account Management and Key Account Management to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving, with a focus on achieving sales goals and client satisfaction.
  • Experience in the food or logistics industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
