Role Overview
Drive business growth for Hexagon Nutrition brands in the Reimbursement segment across South India. Manage government key accounts, oversee commercial performance in institutional business, and strengthen strategic relationships with key stakeholders. Work closely with sales and cross-functional teams to support accounts and identify new revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic
- Develop short-, mid-, and long-term plans for institutional sales in Reimbursement accounts.
Account Management
- Track tenders and coordinate timely responses with institutional partners.
- Stay updated on changes in terms, conditions, selection criteria, and competitor activity with bodies such as Health Ministry, CGHS, Railways, Armed Forces Medical Stores, ESIS, and relevant state/national agencies.
- Manage designated key accounts to deliver agreed business outcomes.
- Monitor account performance and execute action plans to drive value, volume, profit, and market share.
Customer Engagement
- Map decision-makers and influencers across all Reimbursement bodies in the region.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with government officials, national/regional bodies, and other key stakeholders.
Formulary & Inclusion
- Support formulary planning and product inclusion initiatives within priority accounts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in Hospital Business, Business Development, or Institutional Sales within the Pharma sector is preferred.
